Tips for rapid weight loss,
first in order to loose fat and not just water you have to
use more energy or calories then you consume. There
are really three parts to this but I will only focus on two
that are the easiest to control. The first is how many
calories you eat, to lose weight quick you have to eat less
calories which is easier said then done and the second part
is you have to use more calories thus creating a deficit and
dropping those pounds of fat
So how can you do this? Let start with
reducing the amount of calories you consume. First
start with the easy things to reduce calories like
eliminating regular soda with diet soda or another low
calorie drink, same with snacks any snack you eat is
probably high in calories and adding to you weight gain.
So right about now you are thinking is I don't snack I'll be
starving and over eat at lunch or dinner right. We
what I do is use hoodia, I'm sure you've heard the stories
or it being the miracle pill or weight loss cure. I'll
tell you it not right now! But it does do some thing
very well. It takes care of half of the eating less
calorie equation. That is it will reduce or eliminate
the hunger pains that come with eating less. But what
it will not do is make the foods you like taste bad, so when
your eating you will have to make the decision to stop
eating even when those foods taste so good. It just
makes it easier because your stomach won't be saying I'm
starving give me more. The other thing it won't do is
make healthy choices, so if you decide to eat candy bars and
chocolate cake for breakfast lunch and dinner you will have
a tough time with your weight loss plans.
The other piece to quick weight loss is
spending more calories exercising. I know I don't like
doing exercise either so this is the approach I use when I'
tiring to loose weight. I will try to eat heath foods
while taking hoodia to reduce my hunger pains and reduce the
amount of food/calories I take in and I use exercise to
offset the moments when I want to cheat. And what I
mean by this is, if I want to have a milky way or snickers
bar that has say 350 calories I have to do enough exercise
to burn off that cheating. So I will need to run or
jog about 3 miles if I eat it. That for me is enough
to usually not eat the snickers bar, but if I do eat it I
jog 3 miles. This is my tips for quick weight loss it
has worked for me and I hope it will work for you too. |
